One has various opportunities there to teach in schools for physically and mentally challenged children, rehabilitation centers and even institutional laboratories.
Career as a fitness instructorIn this health conscious world a career as a fitness instructor is a good option to choose. In any field and sector personality is given top priority which requires a good health. Hence, fitness instructors are needed in every field. Their main work is to teach how to exercise in the right and effective manner. One needs to take proper training and a proper diploma.
They also guide on healthy eating habits and use of various training equipments, especially for those who have injuries. A fitness instructor should be physically fit, have good communication skills in order to convince the trainee, be aware of safety issues and the right use of equipments which might turn out to be dangerous especially for people having health issues. Most importantly a fitness instructor should know the use of first aid, if required. A career as a fitness instructor has many job opportunities like working in a gym, independent health clubs, and village halls. Etc.
